The La Croix du Vieux Pont campsite, in a park with many trees and flowers, not far from Paris, is a beautiful destination for your holiday in France. This holiday park is located in Berny-Rivière, in the Champagne region and by the Aisne river.

The landscape around the Aisne is varied and has a range of flora and fauna. It is perfect for activities such as cycling or hiking. There are more than 2000 km of hiking and cycling paths in total. The department is also is characterised by its many navigable waterways. This excellent network of waterways means it is possible to discover the riches of the Aisne region by water.

However you choose to discover the area, make sure you visit the mediaeval town of Laon, the fortified churches of Thiérache, Saint-Quentin, a town of art and history, the religious buildings in Soissons, the Musée Jean de La Fontaine, old abbeys and feudal castles. They are all certainly worth a visit. You can also enjoy concerts, shows and historical events in the area.

La Croix du Vieux Pont is approximately one and a half hour's drive from Paris and Disneyland® Paris. There are weekly buses to these destinations from the campsite from April to October.

There is also plenty to do if you would like to stay at the campsite; from pedalos and canoeing to bowling and laser games. Challenge your fellow camping guests to a game of billiards, tennis, table football or (mini)golf. Your children will enjoy themselves, as perhaps will you, in the many recreational areas. There is endless fun to be had in the water at the La Croix du Vieux Pont campsite. There is a leisure pool, which has a swimming pool with a sliding roof. There is also a toddlers’ pool with a play island and fountains, water playgrounds for small children and an outdoor swimming pool with waterfalls, a range of water playgrounds and a small wooden bridge. You can also cool off in the lagoon swimming lake, which has its own white beach.

You can enjoy moments of relaxation in the solarium, jacuzzi and hydro-massage chairs. You can also visit the beauty centre which offers a range of professional treatments and relaxing massages.

France is well known for its outstanding food, which you can certainly enjoy in Paris and closer to the campsite. If you would like to eat at the campsite, you have a choice of two restaurants: one has a view of the swimming pool and the other a view of the lagoon lake. If you prefer to eat at your camping pitch, you can get takeaway meals and (local) ingredients to cook yourself. The La Croix du Vieux Pont campsite in France is an ideal holiday destination for the whole family!
